Watch out for this scammer!
It should be obvious to what this is, but I want to get the word out. If it's too good to be true, presume it is. That's an awful lot of money to get scammed out of. If the guy at least used an escrow account, I'd be all over it, but wanting a direct wire transfer is a bit over the top, IMHO.
