Looking for a certain Menu Bar App... Help me out here.

I'm looking for a menu bar app that will allow me to have a drop down menu of selected apps. Basically I want to be able to put all of my apps that are in my dock into that drop down folder so I can do away with the dock as much as possible; all that will be left in it is finder and trash of course. I have XMenu installed but it puts all of the apps in that folder, I want one that I can put only the apps that I want in it. Thanks.
