looking for a fast way to join XVID files.

I have a bunch of xvid videos that are multiple parts (like movies broken into 2 parts). What is the quickest way to join them with out having to re-encode them? I have VisualHub, which is a great app, but that appears to only be able to join them if I am re-encoding them - which can take at least 30 minutes per movie. Any help would be most appreciated.
