Loose and loud hinges still an issue with 15" Pros?

I'm thinking about getting a refurb MBP and I'm trying to decide between the 15" and th 13".

I'm using the previous-generation unibody MacBook Pro and have no issues with the hinge.

The hinges are still loose on the 15" so the screen falls down whenever you pick up and move the MBP however Apple continue to deny that this is nothing more than a 'feature'.

My 15-inch MBP has no problems with it's hinges. It's only new, but faults here.

It's a fact that the 15" will close if tilted forward but it certainly shouldn't be closing when simply moved as long as it's open far enough. It's a feature that they all have new out of the box and no amount of tightening will allow the hinge design to support the panel weight w. the glass front if tilted forward.

Its ever sooo slight on mine.. I don't see how its a prob...
