So I've come home for the summer. I'm using a 800mhz iMac, 17". We have DSL and a Airport Hub broadcasting a signal all over the house. My problem is.....mine keeps stopping. But stopping at very specific times. So far the only time i've witnessed it cutting out is while using an FTP client and downloading something. I still have three bars on the airport signal in the menu bar, but the download stops and no webpages will open. Problem with my DSL provider maybe? I have earthlink. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Losing my internet connection

Maybe you are using up too much bandwith or something. Check with Earthlink, give them a call they should be able to help you with this question. Also try plugging the Mac into the ethernet wire and see if it still happens. Hope I helped...
