Lost Product Key code, Office 2004

Please help.

I just moved to my parents because of health issues and I sent my mac powerbook in for superficial rework and it came back with the HD wiped. I have my sw but the product code is in storage, LONG TERM storage.
I had the file cabinet pulled today off my unit and it was locked so they can't even get in it to look for the code bc the key could be anywhere.

I have called MS
I have called the university where i purchased
and both said they could do nothing.


can anyone help me?

However one thing we do not do in this forum is to facilitate cracking, trading or selling of product authorizations without the legal license.

I have heard reports of calling Microsoft and just explaining the situation and getting another serial number. Maybe it's worth a try calling again?
