Silly thing really. I've had a number of bad experiences with Mac support, but today they made my day (and I've had a bad day). I ordered an iPod remote just two days ago, but much to my chagrin the remote only works with newer iPod models -mine's a 2002 10GB. If you check out the apple store, you'll see that they advertise that the remote works with all iPods aside from the shuffle. Anyway, without even checking to verify my story, the mac support guy just gave me a full credit AND told me I didn't have to send back the 'phones! Cool! This doesn't quite make up for the delays in getting my PM to me, but, considering the day I've had today, it comes damn close!
