I've perused the "2020 Air Heatsink Mod" thread a few times, but found it a little daunting, given how many pages it has spanned on for. So far, it appears as though the only mods that people have done are ones that either replace the existing heatsink with a better one or ones that augment the existing heatsink with elements that make it function better.

What I've NOT seen is something where the heatsink itself is replaced with something that has a heat pipe that travels to the exhaust radiator area by the fan.

Every complaint that these MacBook Airs (I'm specifically referring to the 2018-2020 Intel models and not the M1 MacBook Air nor any previous MacBook Air) have with regards to thermal inefficiencies and/or oddities seems to stem from the lack of a heatpipe going from the heatsink to the exhaust radiator to be pushed out of the machine by the fan.

Has anyone devised or made a modified heatsink that does this? If so, where is it sold and for how much? It seems like a great idea to make those who are unfortunately saddled with those MacBook Airs less inconvenienced by them.
