macbook compatible combo drive

Hi all i my macbook combo drive is spoilt and i need to find a drive to replace it. I check my mac n saw the number is CW-8221 & i have check online n found some drive is like 8821C, 8821A.. n some of them listed tat macbook can fit 12.7 & some said 9.5.....so now i'm puzzle....

so anyone can kindly list out the model of the drive that is compatible with my macbook. It can either be cdrw or dvdrw..
