MacBook Pro problems

Hi
First sorry for my bad English...
I have a MacBook Pro 13” 2012
And i changed the thermal paste today and ofc my MacBook dont want to Work...
When i turning on i hear the Chime..the light display wont turn on but i can see the flashing folder..
I checked all ribbon but nothing seen to be broken..

So the screen backlight won't come on, but you can see the folder is flashing? Have you tried this?

A folder with a flashing question mark means that your computer's startup disk is no longer available or doesn't contain a working Mac operating system.

Probably is the cable(s). I don't think you can tell by looking. They're fairly easy to damage.

I tried this but i have one more problem😞
It’s loading normally but when starting the setup screen it’s showing only artefacts..

Maybe it’s cable but why MacBook dont recognize my hard drive?

Le: i cleaning mb with alcohol, MacBook power on, HDD recognized, boot in os x but no backlight🙄

Update: verified efuse..it’s okay
