I'm still trying to find a website describing Apple's Macpack program mentioned here on the main Macrumors page together with info on the marketshare. When is it starting, does it apply to PC users migrating to Macs, does it apply to Mac users upgrading, does it apply to both? If there is such a program, shouldn't Apple have a webpage about it?

i've seen stuff about it on apple.com. then i had a look at apple.com.au and i couldn't find anything about it. maybe i didn't look hard enough, or maybe the offer is only valid in the states. i can't help you with finding info about it, but there should be something about it on the Apple website.

Rumor had it that Apple was going to offer free installation of software and hardware at Apple Retail Stores for people who purchased a Mac with specific hardware and software at the store. Not only that they would help migrate all your old data from PC to Mac. Has nothing to do with their promo coupons. It is called Macpack the program. I seem remembering reading about it somewhere else as well, I just can't remember where, but it was mentioned also on the https://www.macrumors.com/ homepage.
