MagSafe Qi2 Charger Stopped Charging Phone after Upgrading to OS26

I own a newer Atomi Qi2 charger and it stopped working right after updating to OS26. Initially I thought it broke and exchanged it. Lady at the store said she already had two returned same day for same issue. The new one has the same issue.

This got me thinking so I tried the Wife’s phone as it had not been updated yet. It still charges with it. Based on this info, I assume it is related to the update. Both Airpod and Watch portion of the charger still works with them updated to 26 and latest firmware.

Anyone else seeing same issue or just another bad charger?

I received confirmation multiple charging devices are not working after the update which was caused by OS26 upgrade. The incremental upgrade just released did not fix it.

Something is probably causing the iPhone to reject it.

Appears to be third party chargers as I can also confirm my Apple branded Magsafe chargers work. I had not checked my other third party chargers until today and they all have same issue. Reports at Apple’s forums indicate others are having same issue.

I contacted Atomi and they confirmed issue.

Of note, once my two Airpod Pro 2 finally updated, they will also will not charge. My Apple Watch Ultra 2 with version 26 still wirelessly charges with the third party charger. 🤷
