My freaking phone bill is a PO BOX, so apple won't process my order because it's pulling that information. The order screen is saying

The Apple Online Store uses your AT&T billing address as a shipping address, and cannot ship to a P.O. Box. You can still continue with your purchase, however, you will only be able to pick up your iPhone at an Apple Store.

So I click the link to pick a mother freaking store and every son of a whore store says "unavailable for pickup?"

what the heck?!?! So i'm stuck at that screen and it won't let me progress to order the son of a whore! What do I do?

Such a crock. I'm buying it outright, why is att even involved in the purchase through apple's site?!?!?!

I'm trying to use the IUP for it and it says there are no reservations available anywhere. Probably a glitch or will roll out later, who knows..

Was having this issue as well. Switched from App to online browser and was able to get a reservation for my current IUP to upgrade. What a disaster though. My local store literally had less than 5 Silver 128GB 7+. I have to drive 40 miles each way to get it.

5/6 stores within 80 miles had no 128GB Silver 7+ and all 6 stores had 0 black or jet black 7+ of any size.

WHAT A CROCK! I mean how freaking hard is it to efficiently sell a mother freaking phone online? I mean really. Because of that cluster*&^#, I won't be getting a phone for another month! It's just purely retarded. Would it be that hard to just let a person pick a phone, type in their own freaking payment information and shipping address and hit order?!?!?!?!?!?!?

Hundreds of thousands of orders being placed almost simultaneously. Millions by the time the day is over. Shipping to multiple countries, thousands of stores, over hundreds of shipping channels, and still giving people an accurate arrival date. Probably pretty hard.

Also, considering they sell and ship these phone as fast as they make them, they literally cannot be more efficient than they already are.

My order wouldn't let me select an in-store pickup, same as last year. Is that because the store's allocation of that model sold out? I just assumed they'd mail it to the store instead of my house.

Yes. I couldn't reserve a black phone in store, but I could reserve any other color. The black ones just went very fast.
