    1. depends, ask the parents/family of those duped.
    2. if Jesus was the dealer and sold out I imagine it did.
    3. depends on the cost of the fake drugs vs time invested getting there & setting up etc etc etc.

If he was after profit, he could have just sold brownies. People are gonna assume it's laced with drugs because why else would someone sell brownies at an outdoors music festival?;)

And Jesus wasn't a dealer. He was opposed to people getting stoned.:p

Right it was an attack got some evidence it was a attack? Why is it here you can call all Muslims terrorists but if you laugh at a Christian you are hating them?

I think the appropriate punishment is being forced to spend one night in a Bonnaroo port-o-potty, and refunding everyone they sold the fake drugs to. I'd be ok with that. Fraud is fraud, even if you are defrauding drug buyers.

This guy should thank god all his customers were already too ****ed up to murder him for selling fake drugs.

Regardless of his intentions, selling fake drugs is also illegal.

Or drug users will quickly realize the drugs are fake continue to buy drugs until they're satisfactorily high.

In California there's two sections that cover it.

One is a misdemeanor for selling or offering to sell an imitation drug.

The other is more serious but a wobbler. The purpose isn't to punish a fraud but rather to punish the intent to traffic illegal drugs, and/or the possible harm to the victim from the actual substance sold or because the imitation drug could cause the victim to increase the dosage when later does the real drug.

Mere possession of an imitation drug probably isn't enough. But dangling the imitation openly from your clothing is probably good enough to satisfy the "offering" for sale element.

...and Jesus said, " Let any man that doesn't have shrumes, sell his garment and buy some shrumes."

People can use "God" to justify any action, doesn't make them religious, or even a "Christian".

I've heard atheist use the term, "Oh God", or even, "God Damn", that doesn't make them religious. People will say all kinds of dumb stuff.

When I was around 14 or 15 years old, me and some of my friends were guilty of doing something similar. We would buy an ounce of weed which was $100 at that time. And we would put them in $5 and $10 baggies. We would fill the baggies only 1/4 of actual weed, then fill the rest with unflavored and unscented tea. We would sell them in the Rave/Techno clubs in Manhattan which were popular back then. The people in the club were already so high from multiple drugs that they didn't know the difference. On an average night we made around $700 in profit split between four of us. I only did that for one summer. Thankfully I never got caught.

I go to loads of music festivals and buy loads of absolutely normal brownies, usually with a cup of tea.
