Ok so I've got an old G3 iMac. It is running Tiger. I used to have Garageband 2 installed on it. I replaced the hard drive with a larger one, but I dont have the install disc anymore so I cant re install garage band. I tried hooking the hard drive up to my pc and copying the files over, but garage band will not run. I copied the app as well as the application support folder for it, but it just sits on the initializing screen and never loads.

I don't know if its because it needs to be installed, or if windows screwed up the files somehow. I tried using some software like macopener or something, but it gave a few errors in the process that it couldnt read some files. Does anyone know how I can get this to work? Thanks.

Sorry for the bump, but this has really got me puzzled? Perhaps someone can just recomend a good program for reading mac hard drives under windows?
