Cant seem to figure out how to get it to work on my iphone.

Before people start saying "LOLOL CHEK THE MANULE BUTTUN!!! @@"

Ive tried to check the manually manage just as i would any other ipod, which always works perfectly.
is there a reason it doesnt work with my iphone? it check it, it erases all my music, syncs to my list then still isnt on manual.

I always grab music from my friends' computers but when I do it now, it clears all the music i currently have.

has anyone figured this out? really sucks. thanks

I use a program called Trans Manager for manually managing music.

No iPhone has ever functioned this way; only iPods. Just buy your own music or use an external hard drive.

Get a USB flash drive and dump their music on it. Then dump that to your library.

    Correct.

Even with Manually Manage, the iPhone can only be associated with one computer.

iPods (including iPod touch) and the iPad do have that ability to manually manage with multiple computers, but the iPhone has always been excluded.
