MBP 15" 2017 - Long startup time

So i have a MBP 15" 2017, 512GB SSD. I noticed that after i hit the power button it always takes 20 seconds before the white Apple logo shows, then after the Apple logo shows it takes only 5 seconds for the login screen to show up.
But in those first 20 seconds the screen is black, although if i put my ear near the computer i can hear that it has turned on.
And i have recently formatted the internal SSD so the SSD has 481 GB available.
The last BlackMagic speed test was around 1780 Mbit/s write and around 2300 Mbit/s read.

The strange thing is that when i boot from an external Samsung T5 512GB SSD it takes only 8 seconds until Apple logo and total time 19 seconds to login screen.

I thought the internal drive suppose to startup faster?

Isnt that a bit too long time before the Apple logo shows?

My 2011 MBP with an internal 512GB SATA3 SSD shows the Apple logo after only 5 seconds and total time to login screen is 16 seconds?
