McCain defends Napolitano

    John McCain, (Rep) defended Janet Napolitano (Dem) Secretary Of Homeland Security on her claim that hijackers on Sept 11 came into the US from Canada.

    No, they did not. Period.

    Entry points included Miami, San Diego and New York/ New Jersey from points such as Hamburg, Prague, and Kuala Lumpur. They all had one form or another of US issued visas (B1/B2, student, express visas).

    Canadian Ambassador Michael Wilson:
    "As the 9/11 Commission reported in July 2004, all of the 9/11 terrorists arrived in the U.S. from outside North America. They flew to major U.S. airports. They entered the U.S. with documents issued to them by the U.S. government. No 9/11 terrorists came from Canada."

    I'm sure we are a sieve in many ways, but this is just plain stupid.

    Wonder what the next excuse will be when the ***** hits the fan again??
