While it claims to all be working, I just can't seem to get my mail via my iPhone or iPad since it keeps telling me it's the wrong password. However if I log in through a non mobile browser to iCloud.com, I can get to my mail.

Anyone know how I could email iCloud support?

I have reformatted my ipad, and deleted the account and reinstalled it on my ipad .... no luck.

My iphone is the same, i just havent bothered deleting it.
I seem to get a window once a day where it automatically downloads all my emails .... but they are far from live or push .... and when i check manually, nothing is downloaded.

My imac, just pops up with the same thing again and again stating that the password is incorrect.

Up until this point, I hadnt changed anything.
And after reading many discussions that the email has been broken but was fixed 48 hours ago, I find myself in a situation unable to contact apple and ask.

Go on Apples support page and start a trouble ticket. Enter the SN number of your iPhone and when they ask if you have apple care or think you deserve an exception click exception. Then enter your phone number and click call me now. your phone will ring and you will be in the cue for help.

I did exactly that as I've been (and still am) having connection timing out to p04-smtp.mail.me.com after reaching ae-2-70.edge2.sanjose1.level3.net (4.69.152.79). The ticket has been created and is investigated.

Actually managed to resolve this, although my password was correct (and verified on my phone, let me log into everything but mail), once I reset my AppleID password, everything started working again on all devices

I've had this problem several times in the last year, after having it escalated several times, Apple's iCould techs have a solution... The problem is with the "Apple Token" that is used with the IMAP server. Here is the solution.

    1) come up with TWO new passwords, make sure you meet the requirements. (8 characters long, at least 1 number, at least one capitol, no repeating letters) - You *WILL* need one, you *MAY* need two.

    2) Log in to manage your Apple ID and change your password - https://appleid.apple.com/cgi-bin/We...MyAppleId.woa/

    3) Check and see if that worked. Some accounts will be fixed now. Others may need a call to Apple, if so, continue.

    4) Call Apple Support, Get a Tier-2 iCloud Support Tech. Tell them you need the account put into "Troubleshooting Mode" and the password reset. They will verify your security question as well as your billing address.

    5) Reset your password with the email the tech sent you to an alternate address.

Many will be fixed by step 3. I was able to fix 2 of my accounts like that, 3 of them had to be fixed by Apple's reset.

It appears that the "Apple Token" gets corrupted and they have no way to regenerate the token without a password reset.

Hope this works for you all.
