Can someone exaplain what these things are please? We studied them a bit in school but it doesn't really make much sense. How does the system work?

If I get sick, and I need to go to the hospital urgently, what happens?

Also has anyone here ever used these services?

I heard something about ObamaCare and ObamaAid, how are these different to MediCare and MedicAid?

Medicare is healthcare for retirees/elderly and Medicaid is healthcare for low-income families/individuals.

Obamacare and ObamaAid (first I've even heard someone call it that) don't exist as Ugg pointed out, and are coined terms used to subvert reality by the GOP.

ObamaCare is the name the GOP gave the Affordable Care Act. They coined the term as a insult for the ACA.

Democrats and President Obama started using the term to reclaim the meaning on the word ObamaCare. To turn it from an insult into a positive. "Obama cares."

You can read about the ACA (ObamaCare) here. http://www.healthcare.gov/law/index.html
