MIDI instrument has blank piano roll....but has score and I can hear it

I am editing some MIDI horns in Logic 10.7.4

When I open the Editor, I can see the notes in the Score, and I can hear the instrument. But in the piano roll, it's blank. If I open automation, I can see notes automated in the piano roll, but I dont actually see any notes in the piano roll.

Anyone know what I'm missing here? How can I fix this? I want to adjust some of the notes.

dumb question but have you tried scrolling around vertically to see if your notes are above or below the current view?

Does seem like a glitch. What if you make a copy of the region…does that do the same thing?

It does which is odd to me.

You may have a good reason not to upgrade Logic Pro but doing so might fix it…although I don't see that issue in the Release Notes:
