Misleading Advertising on Apple.com

The homepage for apple.com features an ad for the iPod Mini that includes the phrase "Now shipping"

Actually order one, and the system indicates a shipping date of 3 to 5 weeks.

What I find more annoying is that iLife '04 is still being introduced....yeah, it was introduced over 3 months ago. Come 'on Apple get with the updates already!

"Now Shipping" means units are going out the door, not necessarily to people who ordered them that day of course, but to those that pre-ordered them.
