Missing Contacts App

I just realized my contacts app is missing...I went into SBSettings and it wasn't hidden or anything, but it wasn't in the list either. All of my contacts are still on my iPod because I can access them through Textfree. Does anybody know how to get my app back?

You may have to do a restore to get it back. That's a weird issue.
