Mojave unexpectedly quit loading

Hello all,
I have a 2009 Mac Pro 2.66 quad core. I recently upgraded the cpu to 3.46MHz 6 core flashed to 5,1 and upgrades OS X to high Sierra.
I then purchased a metal supported video card all went well until I tried to upgrade to Mojave which displayed unexpectedly quit loading plugin?
The system is showing 5.1 and tried 2 video cards one from a 2010 running Mojave but still get the same error I’ve hit a wall! Can anyone help?

What graphics card are you using?
You see the error during the OS install?
How are you installing Mojave?

Mojave takes a while to load so you may be stopping the update in the middle. just be patient...it takes a lot longer to load Mojave than all the previous updates by twice as long from High Sierra. As for a plugin error it is best to troubleshoot what the problem maybe. It could be a old 32bit vs 64bit compatible plugin.
