Monitoring of cpu freq. and power consumption

I am looking for two small monitor applications (perhaps dashboard widgets) to be used on a MacBook:

1) an application that can show the current cpu frequency (not load or other things)

2) the current power consumption in Watts

It seems hard to find these two for OS X. iStat Pro does not show this. I thought people would be interested in knowing what speed their CPU is running at. Same goes for power consumption. On Windows these kind of apps are common. Anyone know of something?
