Unfortunately the Quick note popup in the lower right corner is not activated when my monitors are positioned on the same height. A solution is to set the right secondary monitor slightly higher but nonetheless a shame it is not working without doing so

I was frustrated by this too but didn't think of the solution you offered. It works perfectly for me – thanks!

The popup also shows up about 1/3 above the bottom for me when using an external monitor. Anyone know a fix? The slightly higher display did not work for me.

Perhaps new with macOS 12.1 (my first install of Monterey), the Hot Corner for Quick Notes is initially configured to require holding the ⌘ key when you move the cursor to the designated corner.

Alternatively, switching Quick Note to the lower left Hot Corner addressed the multiple monitor issue for me.

Then I noticed the Hot Corners popup window specifies Active Screen Corners. So I set it back to the lower right corner (without the ⌘). And now it works in that corner on both screens - whether the active one or not (also new with 12.1?).

In 12.1 the hot corner is still not ‘seen’ when the two monitors have the same ‘baseline’
