Mophie 3 in 1 charger - mine's trash, how's yours?

So got this when it came out... phone and AirPods charge fine but the Apple Watch part of it was awful. Watch screen would come on and off and is the charge connection was turning on and off. Looked like a dodgy connection (you have to connect the watch charge part into the base yourself, but it's idiot proof.

So anyway, after a couple of days of this it died totally, just wouldn't charge at all.

Finally got round to contacting Apple, who I'm on chat with at the moment and noticed some reviews up - another user is having the same issue mine had, he says his is 'rebooting constantly'.

Anyone else having issues with theirs? I want a 3in1 dock so not sure when the ask what I want if I should get a replacement or something else..

Not when it's within the returns period. Thing's obviously faulty.

Apple sending a replacement, fingers crossed this one's alright, but very surprised at the poor build quality of it in general. Very cheap. Thin bendy rattly plastic top plate on it. Miles apart from anything Apple makes, but this is priced at a premium too..

I received the replacement from Apple last week and so far it seems to charge the watch fine. Made a point of getting a look inside the connections before putting it together this time. Looks like some glue in there, and I’m wondering if that dab of glue is larger on some units, causing issues with making a solid connection..

Either way, I don’t think I could recommend this dock to anyone at this price. If it was half the price then that might make some sense. Can’t see myself buying from this brand again. Something a bit trashy about the build quality.
