    Hi All,

I have Final Cut Studio 3 installed on a boot drive. It's a SSD.

I installed the Motion Contents on a 320 GB HDD. The Master Templates is empty in Final Cut. Is there a way to have Final Cut load the motion templates from my other drive?

    Motion > Preferences...

Just navigate to Motions Preferences on the General Tab toward the bottom you'll see "Content Library and Templates: Library Path: Choose Path. There you select where you've placed your templates.

You can do the same with DVD Studio Pro, Soundtrack Pro and LiveType, though there's different ways in each software to relink the assets.
