    I assume the $651 is the off contract version.

    It appears that the top two are off-contract as well. I went through the checkout process, just to see, and could find nothing that says you have to sign up with a 2 year contract. If I didn't have a Nexus 5, Nexus 4, HTC One and an S3, I would have tried buying one.

    I could be wrong, just thought I would point it out for anyone wanting to try it. Can't hurt to call Dell first, just to see?

    i have my doubts about this. i still have yet to receive any sort of confirmation of the order, and i can't find the order when i look it up on their website.

    Orders got canceled on slick deals. This is exactly why I hate the idiots over on slick deals. There were some guys bragging that they bought 10+ of them. Ruining it for the rest of us.
