I have a .screenflow movie, it is just a test. I wanted to upload it to youtube, I waited 15 hours for it to upload, and it didn't work, so when I went to upload a different video through iMovie, it took 10 minutes. I wanted to try to do that with screenflow. So I got my .screenflow file, tried to put it in iMovie, and it won't accept it. What should I do to get it to work?

Okay I solved it, to whoever had this problem

You have to go to file>export then it will export as .mov to your desktop, then you can put it in iMovie then publish :D
