Moving CS3 off Current comp and onto New comp

I got a new comp and was wondering what the most efficient way of
getting my CS3 creative suite off my current computer and onto my new
computer.

I want for my current computer to no longer be able to run any CS3 so that my new computer can run all of it.

deactivate then install off disc to new computer and activate?

firewire drive them out of applications folder?

any help thx
