iPod multi ipods? and itunes?

could someone tell me if it possible to setup itunes to work with more than 1 ipod?
if yes, how about with auto play list updater?

ummm, i don't know about the auto update, but i have mine and my dads ipod on the same computer, his i do manually because most of the songs he doesn't want... and mine is set to auto, but it works out fine...
