This is just out of curiousity...

I've been reading the old and tired PC v. Mac debate, and it occurred to me...why can't they just roll them up into one? Sure both got emulators, but there's drawbacks.

If I understand it right, they have different low level language and different architure (speeling). No big deal. Just get a good chip, say IBM, then put it on a motherboard that's actually two level, one side with mac's configuration, then other side, PC and let them share PCI, ports, etc. then add some basic shell program to allow PC and mac to run together....

is that really technically possible, or am I talking out of wrong side?
