My AirPods change the sound depending on which was I turn my head - it’s annoying

How do you stop them doing this?
When my iPhone is on a table in front of me, if I turn my head it’s like the sound moves from one ear to the other and it’s very irritating, I can’t see any settings to adjust this…??

To stop it use "fixed" not head tracking in spacial.
