Hello,

I'm Using DreamWeaver MX 2004.

I Upgraded my iMac (Flat Panel) from OS X 10.3.9 to OS X 10.4.11
Everything works fine except DreamWeaver will not open.
I click on it and it Bounces a few times then just stops.

Is there something I need to update to get it working ?

Thank you!

Yeah, you need to get a newer version of Dreamweaver or downgrade back to 10.3.9. Dreamweaver MX 2004 only runs on 10.3.9 and lower.

I've been using Dreamweaver MX2004 on OSX 10.4.11 on a Powerbook G4 for few years now and no probs :).

I'm using MX 2004 on 10.5.8 and I previously used it on 10.4.11 without any problems. Try a reinstall of Dreamweaver.

Are there patches or something that increased compatibility with OS > 10.3 or something? I swear the original system requirements were for Panther and lower.

I just downgraded to 3.9 so I can use my Dreamweaver and now it dosn't work on 3.9 ??
What am I missing ?

I'm guessing when I uploaded Tiger (4.1) It has wiped something that DreamWeaver MX 2004 and Flash MX 2004 use, but what is it ?

Just realized Safari and iCal wont open either.

That's a bit worrying! If it was me I'd try getting an external hard-drive (which is bootable - sorry I can't recommend one as I'm looking myself and haven't manage to find a decent one yet; but do make sure it is bootable as not many are!) back-up your important stuff, then completely wipe it and start a fresh.
Pretty extreme but you can relax then.
Hopefully someone will have a better solution .
