are we going to see colors in a few weeks, like the shuffle (just silver at first then colors)?

Wow, even though Apple released some great iPods today the OP still had to complain about something. He's not gonna buy but he still is ranting about colors that don't exist. :p

yea i think apple has used up all the colours that our eyes can see :p there cant be that many left. the classic supposed to look classic, im surprised it even has black.

im ranting BECAUSE they dont exist.

Also it depends on the demographic that's buying the iPod. The Nano ships in many colors because many teenagers, kids, women and even ages 18-25 will buy on looks alone. The iPod classic appeals to ages 18-50 and that's why it comes in those basic colors. Can you see your 50 year old dad with a pink iPod classic? :D

I think its fine...in line with Apple's line...and keep a music based iPod around.

But one can savely say Apple's white age is over!

On a side note, doesn't iPod Classic just ring iPod Old? Doesn't fit with the modern/hip feel of the iPod to me...

pinks an awsome colour!! i would buy it :p

Easy answer:

The classic is a manly man's iPod. We don't need no stinkin' colors except black and silver.
