Hey guys new to the Forums!
But uhhh my iPod was recently updated to iOS4(3rd Gen).
And just recently it started to act funny. When i shut it down it changes the time and date. to some random one so anyone else hav this annoying problem?

Im not 100% on what the source of the problem is, but try this:
THIS WILL RESET ALL OF YOUR SETTINGS

1. Go to settings
2. Go to general
3. Press reset
4. Press "Reset All Settings"

Hopefully this helps :)

There is a complaint slip somewhere online but i cant find it. I suggest putting it in DFU mode and then restoring it.

I have the same problem, problem is, when I set it back (because syncing it won't fix it) after I lock the device it bricks the device with a lit up but blacked out screen entirely and I have to hold down both buttons to force restart it.
