Recently my Mac book Pro was getting slow. I restarted and thought that the problem would be fixed, no change. Now its getting slower every day, I have no idea why. It says that I am using all of my Ram in the Activity Monitor, but I am only using the programs I used when I bought the computer in the first place. Please help.

up at top of activity monitor is a drop down menu where you can select "All Processes" Do that and check which process is taking up all your RAM.
