okay every time i open some apps like iphoto , pages , and other applications
it tells me to update them with software update, when i click software update it says there is no apps to update and i get over it. i recently bought snow leopard and now it wont let me open some of my apps because i need the newer version and i dont want to do them all manually.. what should i do?

btw we bought two macs at the same time, the other from first day has been working great with the updates , just this one is having the problems , what should i do?
