I think we have all been pretty blind lately. Lets think about this and I want to hear everyones opinion. As far as we know moto has made no new further advancements with the G4.. which means no ability to upgrade.. I would bet that the newest chips in the powerbooks have been sitting around at moto for a long while.. but apple needs to hold the people down and hold off updates as long as possible getting as much life outta the G4 as possible... until they work out the PB architecture to make an IBM processor fit.. When Apple and IBM are close to getting the G5 in the PB i think we will then see another G4 update (remember that announcement from moto about the chips that have a 200 mhz fsb? ) Which I think will be the last moto chip we will ever see in a mac.. my 2 cents..
