iPod Nano and Pictures...problem?

Hey guys...

I am sort of dumbfounded by this problem. Sometimes when i plug my nano into my pb it will not update my pictures and sometimes it will remove them and i have to disconnect and reconnect the nano then it works. Anyone else have the same problem?
