USAToday.com said:
Police in North Carolina were investigating the apparent firebombing of a county Republican Party office near the state capital, local media reported.

The North Carolina Republican Party said the GOP headquarters in Orange County, about 40 miles northwest of Raleigh, suffered major damage when it was attacked Saturday night. No one was injured during the attack, WCNC-TV reported.

Party officials said an explosive device was thrown through a window of the county headquarters in Hillsborough, N.C. The words “Nazi Republicans, leave town or else” were spray-painted on a nearby building.
I wonder if police will pursue hate crimes against the perpetrators of this. Hopefully whoever did this is caught quickly and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

there should NOT be any protected classes as we are all supposed to be "equal".
anyways hope no one got hurt.
A crime is a crime. Hating a person is usually the reason for the crime to begin with, it's just a matter of degree. No one group should get special treatment. Someone appears to be (but may not be) gay? Don't beat them up because they look a certain way. Beating people up is wrong. It's assault. Offensive assault is wrong. No provocation is justified. (Now if the guy is breaking and entering, uninvited, self defense adds to the situation. Use reasonable methods to subdue and call police. If the person breaking in dies, well maybe he shouldn't have committed the hate crime of breaking into someone else's house without permission to begin with... )

hard to look into the future by living in the past.
The past? The KKK and White Supremacists may not be nearly as prevalent as they once were, but they are still around. As are those who discriminate against gays and transexuals. (the latter being actively promoted by many in government and media)

Democrats/Hillary supporters = supposition but not implausible.

Animals = absolutely. Civilized people don't do this sort of thing to begin with. No better off then the jackals who burn down planned parenthood buildings with scores of people inside.
No, but it could just as easily be a Trump supporter given the split between him and the party.

Regardless, that is not how a leader should talk. He is fanning the flames of hate which could lead to retaliation. Do we really want to devolve into Israel?

Chicken vs egg, the transsexual bathroom issue didn't have gobs of media coverage until some celebrity came out. Then came laws given 100% media time despite covering maybe 0.05% of the population. Drowned via constant exposure, that's when people faking the issue started posing as transsexuals to go into bathrooms to stir up trouble.

Plenty of gays discriminate their own. Not many ever talk about that or could handle it. New Black Panthers (not related to the original, nonviolent version) exist. Other groups exist, too. Racism and ____phobia exist everywhere, in one form or another, to some degree or another. And in some cases it's out of empty hype and distraction as opposed to being a real issue. I'm also sure you meant to include most of that by default instead of being ironically white-centric, though.

Aye, anything is possible - this is indeed a strange election year.

And yet the US has been an avid supporter of Israel for-- how many years now? Many countries seem to have leaders that discuss issues, some more eloquently than others and all of them have made at least the occasional gaffe. Trump's might have made a few more. The one thing in common is, every last one of us, leader and follower alike, is human.)

Indeed. Are you aware the KKK formed to terrorize Republicans? I see much hasn't changed.

I'm not about to play the false flag narrative. It's about as stupid as those who who are currently pointing the fingers, claiming it as yet another example of the "always hateful left".

The fact is, this nation is full of very angry people. Some of it is for good reason, some of it not. We've been stoked, prodded, and whipped into a pointless rage, where our enemy is each other, all for the sake of easy votes and simple pathos. There's no excuse for any of it.
