ok... if any one can help i will REALLY appreciate it... I have a 20 gig ipod... the problem is this... When u go to turn it on all that comes up is a envelope with a ! (exclemation point) i dont know what to do... my friend thought it was broken so he gave it to me.. i HEAR. there is a button pattern that will re set the ipod.. does any one know this or have any advice for me?
put the hold button on then off and then hold the middle round button and menu at the same time for 6 seconds. that will reset it. if that dosnt work then the iPod needs service.
