Need a new phone. Is it still possible to get an Iphone 5 on 6.1.2 from Tmobile?

Hi guys. I lost my phone 3 weeks ago and was hoping it would turn up. Nope.

For job / social reasons, I need to get a phone and can not wait 3 to 4 months for the 5s to come. So, sadly, I will need to pay full price for the rapidly aging and soon to be outdated ip5. The problem for me is, I'm on tmobile and you can only get a 64gb iphone 5 online, the stores don't have them.

If I were to order an ip5 online from tmobile, I have no idea whether or not I will receive a 6.1.2 or 6.1.3 version, and to me this is a huge deal because the biggest attraction of getting an iphone is frankly being able to jailbreak it.

What can I do? I feel like ebay is my only option to ensure it's 6.1.2 :(

If I ordered it and it came with 6.1.3 could I return it? Would there be a restock fee? Anyone know?

Would appreciate any advice on how to go about this dilema

    Best,

    Krov

    Odds are slim.
Most likely it will be 6.1.3 or 6.1.4

If you end up buying from eBay , That would be a big gamble. I Think that there would be a restocking fee for the phone and most likely it would be 6.13 or 6.14
