iPod touch [need help!!] ipod touch jailbreak prob

i just accidentally delete the "Frameworks" & "PreferenceBundles"
from my ipod touch via winSCP
and my ipod is frozen now, it can't run any app or even shutdown!!


so anyone, can u PLS get these two folders from ur ipod touch and upload them for me

and to install iphone app on ipod touch
all i have to do is just copy the apps and get it into my ipod touch?
i've tried it and all apps seem frozen, pls help me out!

and it still work

Does anyone know if the preference bundles actually contain your preferences and settings or are they stored in separate conf files?
