Need Help w/ TrackPad Functionality in Windows...

I'm not sure if I just can't find this when doing a search, but can I get full trackpad functionlity in Windows?

For example, 2 finger scrolling? or tapping for a mouse-click?

Also, I've seen you can use the right apple key to do the right mouse button,...is there anyway to configure this setting to be whatever I want?
