Need some help after updating to 3.0

Hi, after updating, I noticed that many of the old apps I had were still located in the applications.pwn directory. I tried to reinstall one of these apps, however it did not show up in the springboard. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

go to settings and enable restrictions and then right after that disable them. they'll come back.
