I'm curious if any folks ever find a need to rejailbreak their iPod touches just to get a fresh slate. I've noticed that sometimes my touch gets a big sluggish, and it's not always a matter of simply rebooting the iPod. I keep a relatively slim profile on it (not many jailbreak apps), but I also don't know what will keep it running as smoothly as possibly.

So, any thoughts on this?

Are you using backgrounder? If you have a bunch of stuff running in the background, that could slow things down. I haven't really noticed any issues.

No, the only thing I really have on here is Winterboard for themes, and I've used LogoMe and Makeitmine. I wonder if WeatherIcon and LiveClock are causing problems.

I mean, it's not a huge deal, but I don't like the choppy look of a closing window. Just kind of takes away from the whole OS. I guess others, though, would say, "Don't jailbreak, and you won't have these problems..."

I removed the WeatherIcon program, and things seem to be going much more smoothly now.

Just a bit of info!
