iPod touch NES Help on Windows please

so i have my ipod jailbroken and all, so now how doip ut nes on it, i installed the NES app and got ibrickr, is that right? but im not sure what to do from here? please help anyone who has done it... step by step would be great, what does var/root/ whatever mean thanks
