Netflix freezes on login and only fix is to delete app. Anyone else?

    Since buying the Apple TV4, I have had Netflix freeze on sign in. I have contacted Netflix many times about it, and they have no fix for it. I have had to delete Netflix 9-10 times now, and the only way to fix the issue is to delete Netflix, re-install, then re-sign in.

    Is anyone else out there having this type of issue? - It's the worst, and the people at Netflix are not seeming to have a fix besides just "delete the app cause you must have a bad copy of the App" but after 9 or 10 times, I don't think that's possible, as much as something is wrong with the app.

    I sign in- check my name- then red ring freezes, and it stays there till I delete the app basically.

    Works fine for me. Do you have this problem with any other services? (Hulu, Amazon, HBO, etc?)

    No works perfectly.

    Do a full reset of the ATV4, there's obviously something dodgy with your base software.

    Reset the box, then reinstall your apps for a nice fresh start.
